What You’ll Be Doing

• Making sure of client success in terms of business and longevity
• Making sure resources are utilized properly with the help of support and marketing team leaders.
• Managing client expectations and escalations with the help of the delivery team.
• Responsible for client accounts in the territory and managing them by proactively recommending corrections or next steps for each client account.
• Presenting the company in the events, and be the brand ambassador of the company.
• Taking care of client success for digital marketing services and providing insights to the digital marketing team for the next moves.

• Any Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree
• 3 to 5 years of relevant experience
